1、 Software Introduction
Plant phenotype analysis software (client software)It is a phenotype analysis software suitable for various plant tissues such as seeds, leaves, flowers, etc. It is compatible with images captured by various imaging devices, including scanners, digital cameras, etc. The system has rich functions and can simultaneously recognize multiple types of plant organs. It automatically extracts more than 30 color, texture, and morphological indicators, such as length, width, circumference, area, R, G, B components, color, etc; Support multiple functions such as comparative analysis, average statistics, selection color comparison, phenotype extraction, data analysis, visual labeling, image annotation, etc. The results can be exported; It can also batch process images and synchronize data with cloud platforms. The system can automatically identify targets and calculate relevant phenotype indicators, without the need for users to classify and measure in batches;
5. Average analysis:Identify the number of targets and indicators on the image, automatically calculate the average, maximum, minimum, standard deviation, etc. of each indicator, and support export;
