2. Composition description of the equipment:
This testing machine consists of five parts: pressure control system, pressure source, constant temperature medium box, fixture, and computer.
1) The pressure control system in the control cabinet consists of two parts: the pressurization pipeline and the electrical control. The pressurized pipeline consists of components such as an accumulator, solenoid valve, one-way valve, filter, manual needle valve, and connecting pipeline. The electrical control part consists of digital pressure gauges, temperature control instruments, pressure sensors, solenoid valves, relays, overheat protectors, various switches, etc.
2) The pressure source is used to provide total pressure to the main pressure system according to the test conditions.
3) The constant temperature medium box is mainly composed of a box body, a circulating pump, a heater, and a temperature control system. The box body consists of a stainless steel inner liner, a spray coated outer shell (or stainless steel), an insulation layer, a sample bracket, and a box cover.
4) The fixture is of type A, making it more convenient and easy to disassemble and assemble; The wedge-shaped threaded clamping device provides greater clamping force. This series of fixtures has the characteristics of reasonable structure, fast clamping speed, reliable sealing, and easy disassembly.
5) The computer is equipped with a branded machine, which is connected to the control cabinet through a serial port. Brand machines are covered by nationwide warranty and can be maintained at various branches.
working principle
The working principle of this machine is:
1) Set the control pressure and range of the main pressure instrument, so that the pressure source provides a pressure of 2-3MPa higher than the maximum pressure of the branch and stores it in the accumulator.
2) Calculate the test pressure according to the ring stress requirements of the sample, and set the control pressure and range of the branch pressure instrument accordingly. After operation, the instrument controls the solenoid valve to be fully conductive, causing the pressure of the sample to rise rapidly. When the set pressure is reached, enter the pressure replenishment stage.
3) During the pressure replenishment stage, the solenoid valve intermittently conducts based on instrument data, allowing the pressure in the pressure source accumulator to be replenished into the sample.
4) When the pressure of the pressure source drops to the set low pressure value, the plunger pump starts working and stops when it reaches the high value.
5) This machine also has functions such as operation, stop, leakage warning, and rupture recognition, allowing operators to leave the experimental site during the testing process. When the sample leaks or ruptures, an automatic alarm will sound and the circuit will be automatically closed. Other tests will continue to proceed normally until the test is completed. It has excellent performance price ratio among similar models and is an ideal product to replace imports.
6) The machine has a serial port that can be paired with an external computer to draw pressure time curves, print and output reports, and can replace manual dutiesWhen the computer stops working, the instrument can still continue to operate. But the computer does not directly control the solenoid valve, it must be controlled by an instrument, and the instrument cannot stop working during the test.During the experiment, the computer can be turned off at any time to perform other business tasks, and the host is working normally.
