The pilot molecular distillation equipment is a device that integrates a thin film evaporator and a condenser. On the inner surface of the heated evaporator cylinder, a rotating film scraping system scrapes the raw material into a uniform thin film. The scraping film system can create good turbulence effects on the liquid film, optimize heat and mass transfer processes, thereby greatly improving evaporation efficiency, reducing the boiling point of materials, and achieving separation processes under lower and milder temperature conditions. The evaporated light component gas is condensed in the built-in condenser and led out from the receiving tray at the bottom. The concentrated heavy phase is continuously discharged from the evaporator side.

2. The liquid film is very thin under the action of the scraper rotor, and the heat transfer efficiency is high.

3. The heating time of the material is short, and the residence time at distillation temperature is generally only a few tens of seconds, greatly reducing the chance of material thermal decomposition.

4. Low energy consumption. Due to the action of the scraper rotor, the heat and mass transfer rates of the liquid film are improved. At the same time, due to the high vacuum in the system, the required separation temperature is low, greatly improving the energy utilization efficiency. In the current context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the adopted technology is a suitable separation method.
