XNano The Protos pilot/commercial nanomedicine continuous manufacturing system (GMP) is a new generation nanomedicine continuous manufacturing system based on a four channel intelligent chip. It supports a single preparation volume of 500mL to 400L, integrates online dilution, flow rate monitoring, and online sampling functions, and has highly automated, closed, and disposable characteristics. A new generation of nucleic acid nanomedicine continuous manufacturing system based on a four channel microfluidic intelligent chip, with a single preparation range covering 500mL to 400L, integrating functions such as online dilution, two-step dilution, online flow rate monitoring, and online sampling. Breaking through the limitations of traditional equipment, empowering customers to freely develop innovative lipid nanoparticle synthesis processes (such as one-step preparation of antibody conjugated LNP and Core shell structured LNP, online dilution preparation of LNP, etc.).
