2、 Structural design:

3.2 Electrical Control:

3.2.1 Select imported microcomputer PID temperature controller for temperature control, and use imported electronic components for the rest.

Uniformity of irradiance:5% (at the surface of the sample). Temperature monitoring: Standard PT-100 Ω thin film temperature sensors are used to accurately control the surface temperature and back temperature of the sample during the testing process.

3.2.2 The test chamber is equipped with a time controller with a range of 0~9999H, which has the functions of accumulating time and power outage memory.

3.2.3 Safety protection devices:

If the lamp is on, once the door of the box is opened, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp. And it automatically enters a balanced state for cooling to prevent harm to the human body. The safety door lock complies withIEC047-5-1 Safety Protection Requirements.

Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceedsAt 110 º C, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and heater, and enter a balanced cooling state.

3.2.4 Radiometer: Select a digital irradiance meter imported from Japan with replaceable sensors and equipped with a full wavelength sensor. The original factory has calibrated it, and it is recommended to calibrate it once a year.
