Overview
The BSY-104D petroleum product distillation analyzer (double bend tube receiving chamber circulating water automatic constant temperature) complies with GB/T6536. The petroleum product distillation range analyzer is suitable for distillation determination of automotive gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, distillate fuel, and similar petroleum products. The newly designed bend tube distillation analyzer stores the circulating condensed water in a closed container and does not evaporate; Accept room air cooling and temperature control, automatically stabilizing to the test temperature. This product has obtained a national certification.
Product Details
The BSY-104D petroleum product distillation analyzer (double bend tube with refrigeration) complies with GB/T6536 and is suitable for distillation determination of automotive gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, kerosene, diesel, distillate fuels, and similar petroleum products. The newly designed bend tube distillation analyzer.
This is one of the most fundamental, important, and oldest instruments in petroleum refining and oil analysis, used to evaluate the volatility, distillation range composition, and evaporation characteristics of petroleum products.
The petroleum product distillation analyzer is a specialized equipment that heats, vaporizes, condenses, and receives petroleum products under specified experimental conditions to determine their distillation range (boiling point range) and evaporation percentage.
Simply put, it simulates the fractionation process of crude oil in a refinery distillation tower, but is conducted in a laboratory in a miniaturized and standardized manner. The measured distillation range data is a key basis for determining the quality of oil products, classifying grades, and guiding production and use.
Judging volatility and evaporation performance: Distillation range data determines the evaporation ability of oil products at different temperatures.
Initial boiling point (IBP): The temperature at which the first drop of condensate falls, reflecting the content of the lightest component in the oil.
10%, 50%, and 90% recovery temperatures: reflect the start-up performance (light components), average volatility and combustion stability, and heavy component content of the oil product, respectively.
Final boiling point (FBP) or dry point: The highest temperature at which the last drop of liquid evaporates, reflecting the content of the heaviest component in the oil.
Identify oil types and impurities:
The distillation range curve can be used to preliminarily determine whether the sample is gasoline, kerosene, diesel, solvent oil, or whether other oil products have been mixed in.
Abnormal distillation range may indicate the presence of light pollutants or heavy residues.
Guidance on production and blending: Refineries use distillation range data to control and optimize the operation of fractionation towers, and guide the blending of different distillate oils to produce products that meet specifications (such as different grades of gasoline and diesel).
Evaluate performance and safety:
Gasoline: 10% distillation temperature affects cold start, 50% affects warm-up and acceleration performance, and 90% and dry point affect combustion and carbon deposition. The distillation range is also related to gas resistance and evaporative emissions.
Aviation fuel: The distillation range is very strict to ensure performance and safety at high altitudes and low temperatures.
Diesel: Distillation range affects engine start-up, combustion efficiency, smoke and carbon deposition.
Solvent oil: The distillation range directly determines its volatilization rate and applicable fields.
