The BSY-132A lubricating oil foam property tester conforms to the national standard GB/T12579 and is applicable to measuring the foaming performance of lubricating oil at the specified temperature.

The automatic lubricating oil foam characteristic tester is a precision analytical instrument based on standard methods (such as ASTM D892, GB/T 12579), which can automatically determine the foaming tendency and foam stability of lubricating oil by simulating the conditions of violent mixing of lubricating oil with air in the circulating system.

In short, it quantifies the two key characteristics of lubricating oil: "whether it is easy to produce foam" and "whether the generated foam is easy to disappear".

The test is conducted under three consecutive temperature sequences to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the oil product under different operating conditions:

Program I: 24 ° C ->Program II: 93.5 ° C ->Program III: 24 ° C (after testing at 93.5 ° C)

Traditional manual method: heat the sample to the test temperature, inject dry air for 5 minutes (flow rate 94 mL/min), manually observe and record the foam volume (foaming tendency) at the end of ventilation, and the foam volume (foam stability) after 10 minutes of standstill.

The workflow of fully automatic instruments:

Automatic constant temperature and injection: The instrument precisely heats and maintains the oil sample at the target temperature (such as 24 ° C).

Automatic ventilation and foam generation.

Automatic foam volume monitoring: this is the core technology. The instrument adopts non-contact optical measurement system (such as laser, infrared or camera image analysis technology) to measure and record the height of foam column in the test cylinder in real time and continuously.

Intelligent endpoint judgment and data collection:

The system automatically recognizes the foam volume at the end of ventilation (5 minutes) and records it as "foaming tendency".

After the ventilation stops, the system continues to monitor the foam dissipation process, and automatically records the foam volume after 10 minutes of standstill, which is recorded as "foam stability".

Automatic sequence testing and reporting: After a program is completed, the instrument automatically heats up/cools down to the temperature of the next program and repeats the above process. When all are completed, a complete report containing the foaming tendency and foam stability data of the three temperature ranges will be automatically generated.

1. The instrument adopts an integrated structure, including three parts: low-temperature constant temperature part, high-temperature constant temperature part, and instrument control part. The low-temperature constant temperature section is equipped with a super low-temperature constant temperature bath that matches it.

2. After setting the constant temperature point, the instrument will automatically enter a constant temperature state. The LCD touch screen is equipped with a parameter correction function. If there is a deviation between the displayed temperature and the temperature measured by the thermometer, the required test temperature can be achieved through correction.

3. The instrument is designed with stainless steel frosted plate, which is environmentally friendly, beautiful and elegant.

4. Automatically record and save the test temperature curve.
