The probe type (long mouth type) is designed to produce repeatable thin lines down to 0.5mm. In very small volume applications, low pressure air/gas is used to focus spray into very thin lines. The long mouth shape creates the thinnest and clearest lines among all nozzles. Can be applied for in vitro spraying.
The probe type ultrasonic nozzle is an extended type of ultrasonic atomizing nozzle. It adopts ultrasonic atomization nozzle technology, and by extending the front end of the nozzle design, the ultrasonic nozzle is extended into a narrow space for spraying, mainly used for penetrating the inner wall of the pipeline for spraying applications.
Typical applications include vacuum blood collection tube spraying, injector silicone oil spraying, etc. FUNSONIC provides a complete ultrasonic spraying solution for vacuum blood collection tube spraying. The controlled ultrasonic nozzle can perform 5-10 head parallel ultrasonic spraying, with a distance of only 25mm between the two nozzles, and can be directly used in existing vacuum blood collection tube production lines. Combined with a specialized precision metering pump, the anticoagulant is evenly sprayed onto the inner wall of the vacuum blood collection tube, with a production speed of up to 12000 units per hour.
Penetrating ultrasonic atomizing nozzle 100KHz the advantage of
1. The independently developed ultrasonic nozzle can penetrate into the inner wall of the tube for spraying, suitable for spraying on the inner wall of devices such as vacuum blood collection tubes and syringes.
2. Uniform coating: uniformity>95
3. Save raw materials: The utilization rate of raw materials is over 85%, which is four times that of traditional two fluid spraying
4. No need for gas injection spraying, no splashing
5. Flow rate range from 0.001ml/min to 50ml/min
6. Will not block the nozzle
8. High precision controllable spraying
Ultrasonic atomizing nozzleThe principle of
Ultrasonic nozzles convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy through piezoelectric transducers, and then convert the mechanical energy into liquid. This longitudinal upward and downward vibration generates standing waves in the liquid film at the top of the ultrasonic nozzle, where the amplitude of these waves can be controlled by a power generator. These stationary liquid waves can extend upwards from the top of the ultrasonic nozzle, and when the droplets leave the atomizing surface of the nozzle, they are decomposed into a uniform fine mist of micrometer sized droplets.
Unlike pressure nozzles, ultrasonic nozzles do not use high pressure to force liquid through a small hole to produce spray. The liquid enters through a relatively large nozzle center without pressure and is atomized by ultrasonic vibration inside the nozzle.
Each ultrasonic nozzle operates at a specific resonant frequency, which determines the median size of the droplet. The difference in droplet size is very small, and its distribution can be accurately predicted within a certain range through mathematical calculations. For example, a 120 kHz nozzle produces a median droplet size of 18 microns when spraying water. The higher the frequency, the smaller the decrease in median value.
