Introduction:

Principle:

The physical mechanism of stirring liquids is believed to be ultrasonic cavitation. The cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves refers to the generation of a large number of bubbles in a liquid under the action of strong ultrasonic waves. Small bubbles will gradually grow and increase with the vibration of ultrasonic waves, and then suddenly burst and split. The split bubbles will continue to grow and burst. When these small bubbles collapse rapidly, high temperature and high pressure are generated inside the bubbles, and strong micro jets are generated in the liquid near the bubbles due to the high-speed influx of liquid around the bubbles, which also creates local high temperature and high pressure, thus producing a dispersing and stirring effect.
