Paper straw stiffness tester
This testing machine is specifically designed to measure the stiffness performance of paper straws, which complies with the national standard GB/T 44833-2024. Under the specified test conditions, the two ends of the paper straw are subjected to a supporting force, and a vertical force of a certain speed (25 ± 2) mm/min is applied to the midpoint of the paper straw. The maximum force when the paper straw is folded is taken as the stiffness of the paper straw.
Paper straw stiffness testerIt consists of a lifting device, sensors, a downward pressure head, a support seat, a horizontal sliding table, etc. The host lifting device is driven by a motor to move the sensor on the screw up and down, and a lower pressure head is fixed below the sensor. The bottom of the pressure head of the instrument is V-shaped with an angle of 70 ° and a rounded corner radius of 0.5mm. The horizontal slide table is engraved with a digital ruler with a resolution of 1mm. The middle of the support seat is a V-shaped groove with an angle of 120 °, and the V-shaped inclined edge is chamfered at a 45 ° angle. The length of the chamfered right angle edge is 0.2mm.
