RBGSystem aerosol generatorThe low concentration solid particulate aerosols generated by dust and powder are suitable for many applications, such as the research, development, and quality control of particle measurement equipment calibration test benches. The stability of a single dust emission from the generator and a lower feeding rate are necessary conditions for producing low concentration solid particulate matter aerosols. In addition, the reproducibility of the aerosol generation process also needs to be ensured. The RBG system can meet the above requirements within the mass flow rate range of 0.04g/h to 800 g/h.

For mass flow rates ranging from 40 mg/h to 800 g/h, the three new aerosol generators RBG Professional, RBG Basic, and RBG Solo can meet the requirements from research to quality assurance and calibration. The feeding of storage containers filled with dust or powder is provided by advanced stepper motor technology to ensure precise feeding to the dispersing brush over a wide range of quality. RBG Professional Edition has a pressure resistance of up to 10 bar and is equipped with automatic volume flow control. Ensuring high stability of dispersion performance in a wide range of applications, even under supply pressure fluctuations. The pump used for supplying carrier gas is installed in a separate RBG. This means that even without compressed air supply, the device can be used anywhere.
