The paint washability tester is an instrument used to evaluate the washability performance of coatings. It can also evaluate any surface treated with thin film composite during use. The performance of surfaces such as paint, electroplating, base plate, cover layer, and wood density can be measured by the device for brushing and washing coatings on standard test panels. The number of washes can be directly read by a counter. The importance and necessity of testing the washability of coatings can be evaluated based on the number of washability tests. This instrument is used in conjunction with national standards and is a testing instrument for coating manufacturers and coating research departments.

1. Our factory's instrument is a newly improved instrument that adopts the best advantages of West Germany and Japan. This instrument only performs standard tests. The brush (including brush tools) weighs 450g and moves back and forth at a frequency of 37 times/min. Its standard stroke is 300mm (if in special tests, our factory can shorten the stroke and adjust it between 100mm as needed to meet the length requirements), ensuring that it does not exceed the length of the test plate during movement.

The liquid storage cylinder ④ on the upper part of the instrument is used to store soap water for testing, and the water flow rate should be adjusted according to national standards during testing.

As long as the brush is connected to the lifting button ⑤ and lifted or lowered, the brush body can be easily replaced.
