The working principle of this instrument is to place the material to be tested on a turntable, and two grinding wheels press a certain weight on the material to wear it. The grinding wheel rotates with the rotation of the sample disc, producing relative motion and wear. During the rotation process, the deviation of the grinding wheel shaft relative to the turntable axis produces sliding motion, thereby wearing the material. When the sample with an area of 10cmx10cm is subjected to wear, its surface material is worn by particles or silk like fabric at all angles, forming a complete circular ring. This can simulate real usage conditions or meet the testing conditions specified in the standards
