1、 Product Overview
PYHL-14A mixed flow low-noise, energy-saving high-temperature smoke exhaust fan for firefighting is a new type of fan that is between axial flow and centrifugal fans. With the same machine number, the air volume is larger than that of centrifugal fans, and the air pressure is higher than that of axial flow fans. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. Widely used in hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, tunnels, underground garages, underground shopping malls, underground warehouses, high-end buildings, and other places, it is an ideal product for ventilation and smoke exhaust. It has been sold well throughout the country and has received high praise from users.
2、 Product Features
1. Fan structure: The fan is mainly composed of impellers, air ducts, inlet collectors, guide vanes, electric motors, and other components. The impeller adopts twisted blades with meridian acceleration characteristics welded to the hub. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good air performance; The wind duct is connected to the streamlined collector with noise reduction function as a whole, and is equipped with guide vanes, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
2. Fan Performance: The PYHL-14A mixed flow high-temperature smoke exhaust fan can be used for both high-temperature smoke exhaust and ventilation purposes. The motor adopts a high-temperature resistant fully enclosed type and is equipped with a dedicated motor cooling system. It is designed according to the requirements of JB/T10281-2001 "Technical Conditions for Fire Smoke Exhaust and Ventilation Fans" standard and has been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center in accordance with GA211-1999 "High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Smoke Exhaust Fans". It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃, and its performance has reached the domestic reliable level.
3. The front air inlet of the fan adopts a soundproofing streamline design, which can further reduce the noise of the fan.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The blades are made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, stamped and cut, and formed by hydraulic molds. The wheel hub is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is stretched and formed by hydraulic press. The blades are welded using specialized welding fixtures and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. And calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, the balancing accuracy reaches G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: Made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, cut with a shearing machine, rolled with a three core coiling machine, and welded under carbon dioxide gas protection. Spinning machine is used to spin and form, and then two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun on the cylinder body using a rib press machine. Ensure that the air duct has sufficient strength, rigidity, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
3. Inner cylinder: The inner cylinder is made of high-quality Q235 steel plate produced by Baosteel, which is cut using a shearing machine, rolled into a circle using a three core coil, and two arc-shaped reinforcing ribs are spun onto the inner cylinder using a reinforcing machine. Ensure that the inner cylinder has sufficient strength and rigidity. The guide vanes are cut by plasma, molded by hydraulic press, and welded with carbon dioxide protection.
4. Silencing tube: cutting machine for cutting, three core rolling machine for rounding, spinning machine for forming, and reinforcing machine for reinforcing. The air inlet is spun into shape using a specialized spinning machine, welded with conical porous holes, and filled with sound-absorbing cotton in the middle.
5. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s
6. High temperature resistance performance: The fan is equipped with a dedicated motor cooling system to ensure normal operation for more than 60 minutes under high temperature conditions of 300 ℃, and continuous operation for 20 hours/time under 100 ℃ conditions without damage, fully complying with national fire safety regulations.
