The HF-180KNK heavy-duty module series real line positioning unit of the PVC powder production line sampling system is composed of a square aluminum profile and a slide table equipped with a heavy-duty linear sliding rail unit, and performs real line movement under the drive of a synchronous belt. The synchronous wheel mechanism at both ends of the material is equipped with maintenance free ball bearings, and the bearing installation holes are formed in one go, reducing maintenance difficulty and improving reliability. The tension of the belt can be adjusted by a simple device installed on the slide table.

2、 Pipeline particle detection plan

● Synchronous belt model:The S5M synchronous belt reinforced with steel wire has no buffering during reversing and a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.05mm.

● Installation of induction switch:No additional installation accessories are required, supporting direct connection between induction switches and module profiles, and can adapt to photoelectric switches (672) and proximity switches (TL-W3MC1).

Motor installation:It can adapt to the installation of stepper motors such as 57 and 86 from various brands, as well as servo motors such as 100W, 200W, 400W, and 750W. Support direct connection between motors and modules to reduce the space occupied by motor installation.
