1、 Technovit 7100 resin embedding kit

The matrix is ethylene glycol methyl acrylic resin, commonly used for embedding tissue blocks under optical microscopes in medicine, botany, zoology, and industry.

A rotary slicer can be used to process embedded tissue blocks, with a thickness of up to 1 micron. The slicer blade can be a disposable hard metal blade.

2、 Technovit8100 resin embedding reagent kit

As a representative of low-temperature (+4 ° C) embedding resin, it is used in histological embedding experiments.

It should be noted that 8100 reacts with oxygen, so the embedding groove must be strictly sealed with polyethylene film during the polymerization process (included in the reagent kit)

Characteristics: In addition to the properties of Technovit 7100 *, 8100 embedded tissue blocks can be used for immunohistochemical detection.

3、 Technovit9100 resin embedding reagent kit

The polymerization reaction cannot involve oxygen and is generally carried out under the catalysis of peroxides/amines. Adding certain ingredients such as PMMA powder and additives can polymerize at -8-20 ° C, but of course, it is important to ensure that the heat of polymerization is dissipated in a timely manner. If the polymerization is carried out within the above temperature range and the volume is controlled at 3-15ml, the polymerization time is 18 to 24 hours. Suitable for techniques such as tissue sample preparation, staining, immunohistochemistry, enzyme histology, in situ hybridization, etc

The matrix is methyl methacrylate, which can be used to embed samples such as ores (also applicable to soft tissue blocks) for staining and other purposes.
