Lined PTFE reactors are widely used in the chemical industry, especially in organic synthesis, polymerization reactions, and high-temperature and high-pressure reactions, to provide protection for reactants and reduce interactions between reaction vessels and reactants. This type of lining material is commonly referred to as a tetrafluoroethylene reactor or a tetrafluoroethylene lined reactor.
Product Details

The PTFE lined reaction kettle system is a stirring reaction device for chemical reactions of three-phase chemical materials, including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, or gas liquid-solid. It enables various chemical materials to be fully stirred under high pressure, vacuum, and temperature to enhance mass and heat transfer processes.

The main feature of this device is the use of a static sealing structure, and a magnetic coupling is used to connect the agitator and the motor drive. Due to its non-contact torque transmission, static sealing replaces dynamic sealing, which can solve the problem of leakage in agitation and keep the entire medium and agitation components in an extremely sealed state. Therefore, it is more suitable for agitation reactions of various flammable, explosive, highly toxic, valuable media and other permeable chemical media. It is an ideal leak free reaction equipment for sulfurization, fluorination, oxidation and other reactions in petroleum, chemical, synthetic, polymer material polymerization, food and other processes.

Mechanical and connection structure: The connection structure adopts bolt type structure or quick opening snap ring connection, and the kettle cover can be lifted, and the kettle body can be poured or discharged.

Mixing method: Adopting a strong magnetic cylindrical rotary coupling structure, the mixing speed is 0-1000r/min, and the mixing capacity can be adjusted according to user needs.

Safety: The reaction vessel is equipped with a safety valve, and the blasting valve device uses a blasting diaphragm. The blasting numerical error is small, the instantaneous exhaust speed is fast, and it is safe and reliable. The valves of the reaction kettle adopt needle shaped valves, which are closed back and forth, with reliable and durable sealing. The installation of various valves is reasonable, and the discharge is smooth.

Heating method: Electric heating is used. We can also provide electric heating type, liquid heating type, and dual-purpose electric and liquid heating type according to customer needs.

Control system: equipped with relevant intelligent control instruments, which use intelligent digital control instruments to provide data acquisition and control of motor speed, reaction temperature and pressure inside the kettle. It has the characteristics of high precision, easy operation, and strong anti-interference ability.


GSHA/series high-pressure reactor

Adopting end face rare earth coupling driver, it has the characteristics of static sealing and no leakage. The main material for the kettle body is 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, and special materials such as 304, 321, 316L, 2520, stainless steel, titanium (TA2), nickel, tantalum, zirconium, Hastelloy, Monel, and PTFE lining can be made according to different medium requirements. The stirring bearing adopts corrosion-resistant stainless steel bearing, suitable for high-speed, hydrogenation catalysis, and low viscosity material stirring. The stirring blade adopts a push type stirring slurry. The heating method is generally dry electric heating, but electric heating, thermal oil heating or jacket heating can also be made according to user requirements. Equipped with a multifunctional temperature control and pressure control digital display control box. The heating control system adopts PID automatic temperature control instrument, and the temperature control is very precise. After tuning, the instrument can effectively suppress temperature overshoot.
