This high-pressure reactor is a product series that has been standardized by our company for many years and has been used by users for a long time. It is also a conventional and relatively economical product series. Equipped with a pulley system lifting device, it can easily lift the kettle cover/body for easy feeding, cleaning, maintenance, reducing the workload of operators and improving work efficiency. This ensures that the reaction medium is in a static sealed state without any leakage, contamination, or personal danger. The speed regulating motor drives the outer magnetic steel body and the strong magnetic force to pass through the sealed cylinder made of stainless steel without contact. The strong magnetic force of the inner magnetic steel body enclosed in the sealed cylinder attracts and self locates, acting on the axial rotation traction. The high-temperature and high-pressure stirring reaction has the characteristics of static sealing, no leakage, no noise, no pollution, smooth operation, simple operation, sturdy and durable, and compact structure. Therefore, it can keep the reaction medium in a static sealed state under high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, high speed, suspension, convection, and safely carry out efficient reactions of flammable, explosive, highly toxic, hydrogen and other harsh media. The self-lubricating shaft sleeve/bearing is resistant to high temperature and high pressure Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant, avoiding secondary pollution and ensuring material purity. Suitable for gas/liquid/solid mixing, suspension, convection, high, medium, and low-speed stirring reactions of materials with high viscosity. All sealing parts adopt line sealing, so there is no leakage problem in the overall equipment. There are two feeding and discharging methods, which shorten the mixing time and strengthen the reaction process. It is a device for developing pilot products.
