1、 System Overview
This series of products is designed for various types of productsA high-precision automated surface defect detection system developed for industries such as aluminum foil, transparent film, lithium battery film, glass, paper, etc.
During the movement of thin film and aluminum foil100% inspection of product quality, real-time display of holes, crystal points, protrusions, indentations, foreign objects, dirt spots, leaks, scratches, pinholes, wrinkles, etc. that occur throughout the entire process. When defects occur, sound and light alarms prompt operators to handle them in a timely manner to avoid continuous scrap. Defects that occur are classified and recorded in a timely manner, and reports are automatically generated for each roll; The overall process is as follows:
By using a high-speed line scanning camera, the system obtains product information as a template, compares and analyzes all subsequent products for defects; Real time sound and light alarms are triggered when defects are detected to remind users of product defects; At the same time, the reported defects are directly classified into small disk categories based on customer settings. Defect icons can be seen in the display interface, and corresponding defect images, types, sizes, locations, and other specific information can be displayed;
The defect removal methods can be divided into: 1. The system can generate corresponding small disk defect information for each roll after the inspection of this roll of material is completed, and this information can be transferred to subsequent rewinding machines for offline removal according to the defect location and type; 2、 The labeling machine can attach labels to the edges of the product, making it easier for subsequent workers of the rewinding machine to find defects in a timely manner (which can be reserved); After the inspection of each roll of material is completed, a defect file and defect distribution map are generated. The distribution map can visually observe the location and density of defects in each roll or batch, and the defect information of each small roll can be statistically analyzed and directly printed.
In the later stage, you can search based on keywords such as product batch number and date to find the defect statistics files needed within a specific time period, and present the product defect content files you need. The product defect files can be saved for at least six months as records.
