The pressure swing adsorption oxygen production device uses clean compressed air as raw material and high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to produce oxygen from the air under a certain pressure. Purified and dried compressed air is subjected to pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption in an adsorber. Due to aerodynamic effects, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieves is much higher than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. Then, after decompression to atmospheric pressure, the adsorbent desorbs impurities such as nitrogen adsorbed, achieving regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by a PLC program controller to alternately circulate the two towers, thereby obtaining high-purity oxygen (93% ± 3%).

Establish a correct maintenance concept for equipment maintenance and give sufficient attention to maintenance. Good operating habits and regular maintenance can extend the normal service life of equipment, reduce energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and effectively avoid sudden failures, greatly reducing the negative impact of failures on production. Daily usage precautions

1. The normal supply and opening/closing of power, water, gas, and temperature conditions required by the machine; Especially for the stability of the power supply voltage, a voltage regulator can be installed if necessary to reduce damage to the controller and solenoid valve caused by power issues.

2. Always pay attention to the inlet air volume, temperature, and pressure of the refrigerated dryer, and maintain the evaporation pressure of the refrigerated dryer between 0.4 and 0.5 MPa, without exceeding the rated value.

3. Check the automatic drain valve of the filter and the automatic drain of the refrigerated dryer every day to avoid blockage and loss of drainage and drainage function.

4. Regularly check whether the cooling fins of the refrigerated dryer are clean every week to prevent poor heat dissipation from affecting the effectiveness and lifespan of the dryer.

5. Operate and maintain the instrument according to the requirements of the instrument usage rules, and periodically check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve/pneumatic valve, the pressure range of the pressure regulating valve, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the tightness of the adsorption tower, and the exhaust state of the muffler.

Application areas of oxygen production equipment:

Large factories and aquaculture use oxygen production, oxygenation, dissolved oxygen, and are equipped with large ozone machines for disinfection, sterilization, and algae removal in aquaculture ponds.

Can also be used for:

(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburization, oxygen combustion heating, foam slag melting, metallurgical control and subsequent heating.

(2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen enriched aeration of activated sludge, oxygenation of water tanks, and ozone sterilization.

(3) Field cutting construction: Oxygen rich, mobile or small oxygen concentrators can meet the requirements for cutting steel pipes and plates in the field.
