The high-power pulse PIV testing system, equipped with IVCAD advanced measurement and modeling software provided by MauryMicrowave and AMCAD Engineering, supports various load traction techniques, including traditional load traction using external instruments, VNA based load traction, active load traction, and hybrid load traction.
AM3200 is a useful instrument for pulse four-way and load pull applications. The pulse IV system is used to bias transistors under near isothermal conditions, enabling precise and compact modeling activities. The system operates in two independent power modes: pulsed power or direct current (continuous mode). PIV 3200 supports SLAN and USB connections, and can be controlled through IVCAD software. The PIV system consists of a control unit and two pulse head probes: the AM3203 control unit is used to drive two pulse generators. It includes a 200W AC/DC block, providing all internal components and gate pulse generators. Two 250V/5A DC/DC blocks provide drain pulses. Commercialµ PC board with USB hub and trigger interface
