PET (Positron Emission Tomography) performance testing phantom is a specially designed physical model used to simulate the radioactive distribution, anatomical structure, and physical properties of human tissues. Through PET equipment scanning and imaging, it achieves quantitative evaluation of key performance indicators of the equipment. Used for quality control testing of PET performance in PET-CT, PET-MR and other equipment, in compliance with the WS 817-2023 Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Equipment Quality Control Testing Standard.

PET sensitivity module: 70cm in length; Wall thickness 1mm; Comes standard with 2 wire source tubes.

Scattering fraction phantom: 70cm in length; Diameter 20cm; Comes standard with 2 wire source tubes.

PET spatial resolution bracket: can support sensitivity phantom and capillary measurement of corresponding PET performance indicators;

The coordinates of the capillary hole are (0,1cm), (0,10cm), (10cm, 0); The coordinates of the sensitivity module socket are (0,0), (0,10cm); Adjustable horizontal design.


Performance requirements for portable nuclide automatic packaging instrument:

1) Mass<10kg;

2) Electric control (non pneumatic);

3) Peristaltic pump method for packaging;

4) Three channel automatic control of the nuclide to be packaged;

5) Automatic control of packaging process;

6) The control software can display real-time readings of the activity meter.

The nuclear medicine image quality control analysis software can analyze DI COM format images, calculate intrinsic spatial uniformity, intrinsic spatial linearity, spatial resolution, system sensitivity, and PET/CT image fusion accuracy.

A. 3. Spatial resolution detection point source bracket

The nuclide used for spatial resolution detection is 18F, and its specific activity is recommended by the manufacturer.

The test source is a high specific activity radioactive point source placed inside a capillary glass tube, with a line diameter of less than 1 mm in any direction. The point source is arranged in the following six positions:

a) Parallel PET longitudinal axis at 1/2 of the center of the field of view and 1 cm at the center of the cross-section;

b) Parallel PET longitudinal axis at 1/2 of the center of the field of view and 10 cm at the center of the cross-section;

c) Parallel PET longitudinal axis at 1/2 of the center of the field of view and at 20 cm of the cross-sectional center;

d) Parallel PET axial field of view, 3/8 from the center and 1 cm from the cross-sectional center;

e) Parallel PET axial field of view, 3/8 from the center and 10 cm from the cross-sectional center;

F) Parallel PET long axis axial field of view, 3/8 from the center and 20 cm from the cross-sectional center.
