PEL-5000G series

PEL-5000G seriesThe single channel electronic load provides three rated voltage settings of 150V/600V/1200V, with a power range of 4kW to 6kW. There are 9 models of PEL-5000G that meet different power, voltage, and current combinations, suitable for server power testing and verification, power vehicle chargers/charging stations, and power/energy storage battery testing needs. PEL-5000G provides parallel connections of the same model, supporting up to 8 units of Master/Slave architecture parallel connections and providing a maximum power of 48kW.

For battery charger testing applications, PEL-5000G offers four battery discharge modes, namely CV+Current Limit mode, CV+Power Limit mode, CC mode, and CP mode. Users can choose the appropriate testing mode according to the testing requirements. Under the Battery Discharge Function, the discharge cut-off voltage, discharge time, or discharge capacity (Ah) can be set in CC or CP mode to meet battery testing requirements.

In order to meet the verification requirements of different DUTs, PEL-5000G provides multiple testing functions, including surge current testing mode, OCP for the test object, OPP protection testing function, and 150 sets of parameter storage function. The PEL-5000G 1200V model not only provides full power output at 1000V, but also maintains 60% power carrying capacity at 1200V output, which is 50% higher than the specifications of other electronic load manufacturers. In addition, connecting high-voltage (>600V) batteries or chargers directly to electronic loads may cause damage to the electronic loads. The PEL-5000G has a built-in slow starter that can protect DC loads and save users installation costs and setup time for measuring on 600V/1200V models.
