This product is a human Siglec-2/CD22 recombinant protein fluorescently labeled with PE. It consists of a human IgG1 Fc fragment and Avi Tag, and is efficiently labeled with PE using the streptavidin system. This protein retains the natural biological activity of CD22 and can be directly used for detection such as flow cytometry.
