PAV aging tester+vacuum degassing boxThe Pressure Aging Vessel (PAV) can simulate the oxidative aging of asphalt during road use and is suitable for evaluating the antioxidant aging ability of different asphalt under test temperature and pressure conditions.

4、 Installation and Debugging

1. Open box inspection

Before installing the instrument, please carefully count the instrument and accessories according to the purchase agreement and packing list.

2. Installation environment requirements

The instrument should be installed in a ventilated, bright, and dry indoor environment. The height of the table on which the instrument is placed should be 70cm-90cm, and the table should be made of flame-retardant materials.

The instrument should be placed steadily, with all four feet evenly stressed and the end face kept horizontal.

3. Connect power supply

The power supply voltage is AC 220V, and the voltage is stable within ± 10%. The form and size of the power socket should match the plug configured for the instrument.

Insert the power plug into the power socket, the power indicator light will turn on, press the switch, and the control instrument will start working.

If the power is turned on and the indicator lights on and off the instrument panel do not light up, the first thing to check is whether the plug and socket are loose and whether the power is cut off.
