PARKER proportional valve is a new type of hydraulic control device. On ordinary pressure valves, flow valves, and directional valves, proportional electromagnets are used instead of the original control parts to continuously and proportionally control the pressure, flow rate, or direction of oil flow remotely based on the input electrical signal. Proportional valves generally have pressure compensation performance, and the output pressure and flow rate can be unaffected by load changes.
Working principle of PARKER proportional valve
The command signal is amplified by a proportional amplifier and outputs current proportionally to the proportional solenoid of the proportional valve. The proportional solenoid outputs force and moves the valve core position proportionally, which can control the flow rate and change the direction of the liquid flow proportionally, thereby achieving position or speed control of the actuator. In some applications that require high precision in position or velocity, a closed-loop control system can also be formed by detecting the displacement or velocity of the actuator. The proportional valve consists of two parts: a DC proportional solenoid and a hydraulic valve. The core of continuous control of the proportional valve is the use of proportional solenoid. There are many types of proportional solenoid, but their working principles are basically the same. They are all developed according to the control needs of the proportional valve.
PARKER proportional valve control valve is a type of control valve that continuously and proportionally controls the flow, pressure, and direction of hydraulic systems based on input electrical signals. Its output flow and pressure can be unaffected by load changes.
Compared with ordinary hydraulic components, proportional valves have the following characteristics:
(1) Electrical signals are easy to transmit and can be easily controlled over long distances.
(2) It can continuously and proportionally control the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system, achieve control over the position, speed, and force of the actuator, and reduce the impact during pressure changes.
(3) Reduced the number of components and simplified the oil circuit.
At the same time, the usage conditions and maintenance of electro-hydraulic proportional valves are the same as those of general hydraulic components, and they have stronger anti pollution performance and reliable operation than servo valves.
