The System20 detector, combined with online sensors, allows users to obtain accurate and real-time flow, pressure, and temperature readings without stopping the system. The application can cover different flow rates and fluid types. The Parker System20 sensor is used in combination with the System20 electronic analog detector, pollution monitor, and H2Oil moisture detector. The special version of the System20 sensor can also be used for corrosive fluid conditions (EPDM seal)
With the installation of System20 online sensors on hydraulic systems, faults can be predicted and corrected in a timely manner. All you need to do is connect the System20 electronic handheld detector (EM20). EM20 can display flow rate, temperature, pressure difference, peak value, and online pressure, and can also calculate hydraulic power (kW and hp) at a specific point in the system to establish efficiency and power consumption. The versatility of System20 is not limited to this. EM20 can automatically calibrate System20 online sensors using oil or water and display l/min, USGPM, bar, psi, and kg/cm2

PARKER sensorThe energy input and signal output are carried out by two sets of special annular rotary transformers with gaps, thus enabling contactless transmission of energy and signals. When the sensor circuit is in operation, it is supplied with 15V power from an external power source to the sensor. The crystal oscillator in the excitation circuit generates a 400Hz square wave, which is amplified by TDA2003 power to produce AC excitation power supply.
