SPCC1-7 Parameter Setting Guide

1、 Basic parameter settings

  1. Signal type and range configuration

    • Select the corresponding signal type on the touch screen interface based on the connected sensor type (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.).

    • Adjust the range to match the sensor output, for example, a pressure sensor can be set to 0-10V or 4-20mA input.

  2. Sampling rate and filtering settings

    • Adjust the sampling frequency of the analog signal through the control panel (usually supporting a range of 10Hz-1kHz), and it is recommended to choose high-frequency sampling for high-precision scenarios.

    • Enable digital filtering function to reduce signal noise interference, and set filtering coefficients.


2、 Collaborative parameters of executing agencies

  1. Servo motor control

    • Pulse input modeIf used in conjunction with servo valves (such as SV1 series), the Pr007 parameter needs to be set to 3 (single pulse+directional signal) or 1 (dual pulse mode).

    • Motor parameter matchingSet the Pr008 parameter (number of pulses per revolution) based on the screw pitch, for example, when the pitch is 5mm, Pr008=5000 pulses per revolution.

  2. Pressure and position control

    • The paper pressure control needs to set a target value of 100 ± 0.5kPa and optimize the response speed through PID parameters (proportional, integral, derivative).

    • The position correction system needs to be equipped with a limit switch signal (Pr504=0 to enable hardware limit).


3、 System Integration and Communication

  1. DP protocol configuration

    • Set DP communication parameters in PLC or upper computer, including station address, baud rate (default 187.5kbps), and data refresh cycle.

  2. Power and safety settings

    • Confirm that the input voltage is 220V AC and the current does not exceed 150A to avoid overload.

    • Enable temperature protection function (default threshold of 85 ℃) to prevent equipment damage in high-temperature environments.


4、 Debugging and Calibration

    • Input standard signals (such as pressure calibrators) through calibration tools, adjust zero and full-scale parameters to ensure measurement accuracy.

  2. System linkage testing

    • Simulate a correction scenario, observe the response speed and position accuracy of the actuator (such as ESZ25 electric cylinder), and fine tune the PID parameters to optimize the control effect.
