Plug in overflow valve is a new technology based on hole installation. Overflow valve is an important pressure control component in hydraulic systems. It operates based on the principle of balance between hydraulic and spring forces. By adjusting the pre tension and contraction of the spring, different control pressures can be obtained, thereby achieving pressure regulation, back pressure, stabilizing or limiting (to prevent overload) functions.
The direct acting relief valve has a simple structure, fast response, and small overshoot, but the control pressure fluctuates greatly with the flow rate, that is, the static pressure adjustment deviation (the difference between the set pressure and the opening pressure) is large. The pressure adjustment deviation of the pilot relief valve is small, and the control pressure accuracy is high, but the relative response is slightly slow. Under the same pressure and flow rate changes, its performance is better than that of direct acting relief valves, but the appearance volume and weight of pilot operated relief valves (plate structure) are larger, which is limited by space installation.
