2 . Equipment Explanation

4 . Installation requirements

5 . Acceptance of instruments and equipment

1) Acceptance criteria

Analysis accuracy acceptance: Using standard samples, data statistics should be conducted based on the calibration certificate provided by the national standard, and the statistical results should meet the standard deviation of the national standard or the measurement value;

2) Acceptance sequence: The equipment shall be debugged before leaving the factory, and the final debugging and acceptance shall be carried out on site by the user;

3) Acceptance qualified: in accordance with the technical agreement, contract, current national laws and regulations confirmed by both parties, training as required, and providing materials as required.

6 . After sales service and technical training

1) Provide training to users, explaining the working principles and equipment construction;

2) Methods for diagnosing and handling equipment malfunctions;

3) Software application and parameter settings;

4) Warranty period: 15 months after the equipment is shipped or 12 months from the date of signing the installation acceptance report, whichever comes first;

5) The service center of Party B provides high-quality services to Party A. Upon receiving the repair invitation from Party A, Party B's engineer shall arrive at Party A's site within 48 hours for repair. During the warranty period, any parts replaced due to instrument quality rather than non-human factors shall be provided free of charge by Party B (excluding vulnerable parts and consumables), and Party B shall be responsible for resolving them free of charge;

6) Any other matters not covered shall be resolved through friendly cooperation and negotiation between both parties, based on the principle of ensuring the quality of the instrument, normal operation, and delivery deadline.
