High frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzerThe operation work
Preparation work
(1) Check if the instrument is intact and if all components are installed properly.
(2) Check if the power and signal lines are securely connected and if the grounding is good.
(3) Check if the pneumatic system is functioning properly and if the air source pressure meets the requirements.
(4) Check if the sample processing system is functioning properly and if the sample preparation is sufficient.
Power on operation
(1) Turn on the power switch of the instrument and preheat for 5 minutes.
(2) Open the computer and enter the instrument operation software.
(3) Set analysis parameters, such as analysis method, sample weight, analysis frequency, etc.
(4) Place the sample into the sample processing system for sample processing.
(5) Place the processed sample into a high-frequency furnace and begin analysis.
Analysis process
(1) Raise the temperature of the high-frequency furnace to the set temperature and maintain a constant temperature.
(2) The computer controls the heating power of the high-frequency furnace to measure the absorption spectrum of the sample at a constant temperature.
(3) The computer calculates the carbon and sulfur content based on the measurement results.
(4) After the analysis is completed, the high-frequency furnace is cooled to room temperature and the instrument power is turned off.
Shutdown operation
(1) Shut down the computer and exit the instrument operation software.
(2) Turn off the power switch of the instrument.
Daily maintenance
(1) Check the appearance of the instrument before use every day to ensure no damage or contamination.
(2) Clean the surface of the instrument after daily use and keep it clean.
(3) Check the gas system weekly to ensure that the gas source pressure is normal and there are no leaks in the gas circuit.
(4) Check the sample processing system weekly to ensure that the sample processing is normal, unobstructed, and free from wear and tear.
Regular maintenance
(1) Check the connection of power lines, signal lines, etc. every month to ensure that they are firmly connected, without looseness or damage.
(2) Check the grounding status every month to ensure good grounding and no leakage.
(3) Inspect the interior of the high-frequency furnace every quarter to remove impurities such as carbon and ash deposits.
(4) Check the pneumatic system every six months and replace worn pneumatic components.
(5) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the instruments every year, including their appearance, gas system, sample processing system, high-frequency furnace, etc., and promptly repair any problems found.
Fault handling
(1) When there is an abnormal situation with the instrument, the instrument power should be immediately turned off and the cause should be investigated.
(2) For electrical faults, professional personnel should be hired for repairs.
(3) For pneumatic faults, the pneumatic system should be checked and damaged pneumatic components should be replaced.
(4) For sample processing system malfunctions, the sample processing system should be inspected and damaged sample processing components should be replaced.
(5) For high-frequency furnace faults, professional personnel should be hired for maintenance.
Operators should be familiar with the usage methods and operating procedures of the instrument, and strictly follow the operating procedures for operation.
During the operation, attention should be paid to safety to avoid accidents such as electric shock and burns.
During use, cleanliness should be maintained to avoid contamination such as dust and oil stains that may affect the analysis results.
During use, violent vibrations should be avoided to avoid affecting the performance of the instrument.
Long term continuous operation should be avoided during use to avoid affecting the lifespan of the instrument.
Regular maintenance should be carried out during use to ensure stable and reliable performance of the instrument.
