Overview

The ZLGUS5000 oscilloscope uses a 12 bit high-speed ADC, with a vertical resolution of 4096 points, which is 16 times that of a regular 8-bit oscilloscope. The higher the number of ADC bits, the finer the vertical resolution of the oscilloscope. The ZUS5000's finer vertical resolution allows us to see more realistic waveform details.

12 bit high-speed ADC for more realistic waveform viewing

The ZUS5000 oscilloscope uses a 12 bit high-speed ADC, with a vertical resolution of 4096 points, which is 16 times that of a regular 8-bit oscilloscope. The higher the number of ADC bits, the finer the vertical resolution of the oscilloscope. The ZUS5000's finer vertical resolution allows us to see more realistic waveform details.

High dynamic range capability, allowing details to be seen more clearly

The oversaturation recovery time of an oscilloscope, also known as its dynamic range capability, directly affects the accuracy and clarity of observing small signals in large signals. The ZUS5000 oscilloscope has a fast supersaturation recovery time, combined with a high resolution of 12 bits, which can better see the detailed signals in the waveform.

Input consistency reduces the hassle of probe compensation

The connection of oscilloscope probes to oscilloscope channels requires capacitor matching. Traditional oscilloscope channels have poor capacitor consistency, and connecting probes to different channels (even different vertical gears) requires capacitor matching. ZUS5000 adopts a brand new circuit structure to ensure the consistency of capacitance between channels. Users can use it in all channels and all gears by matching the probe once.

More accurate low-frequency characteristics ensure precise measurements

The flatter the frequency band attenuation curve of an oscilloscope in the low frequency range, the higher its measurement accuracy. The ZUS5000 oscilloscope has a flatter low-frequency curve and an anti noise algorithm to ensure the consistency of test data under different operating conditions such as frequency points, high noise, and DC bias.

500Mpts storage depth, capturing long-term waveforms without distortion

Storage depth=Sampling rate x Sampling time

If the storage depth is insufficient, only a small segment of the waveform can be captured at high sampling rates. The ZUS5000 series oscilloscope provides a maximum storage depth of 500M, and can still maintain a high sampling rate of 5GSa/s even when capturing a 100ms waveform.

Up to 40 protocol types, innovative dual line decoding

The ZUS5000 oscilloscope provides decoding of up to 40 serial communication protocols and supports dual line decoding function, enabling simultaneous parsing of different protocols at the same time. This practical feature will greatly improve the efficiency of engineers in protocol analysis.

Innovative timing analysis to improve testing efficiency

Various communication protocols have strict consistency testing requirements, and traditional manual testing is inefficient and prone to errors. The ZUS5000 series provides innovative timing analysis capabilities, which can analyze parameters such as pulse width, amplitude, edge, setup time, and hold time of CAN, IIC, IIS, SPI, Reset, and Switch signals, and export consistency test reports.

Power analysis plugin, covering power testing requirements

The power analysis function plugin provided by ZUS5000 oscilloscope covers the input-output characteristic testing of power products, MOSFET、 Analysis of magnetic components, capacitors, inductors, and other devices, modulation waveform testing, loop analysis, PSRR testing analysis, and evaluation of the reliability of power supply products.

Dual channel signal generator, flexible output of multiple signals

The ZUS5000 oscilloscope has a built-in dual channel function signal generator that supports standard function signal outputs such as sine waves, triangular waves, square waves, and pulse waves. It can adjust the initial phase, function type (sweep, modulation, burst), and duty cycle of the signal, with a maximum frequency of 30MHz.

FIR hardware filter, more professional in reducing the impact of high-frequency noise

The ZUS5000 oscilloscope is equipped with a built-in FIR hardware real-time filter, which can adjust the oscilloscope bandwidth arbitrarily within the range of 10Hz-500MHz, accurately filtering out noise and interference signals at specific frequency points, and using more professional methods to allow engineers to see more realistic waveform signals.

Segmented storage records historical waveforms, allowing oscilloscopes to achieve long-term waveform monitoring

The segmented storage function provided by the ZUS5000 oscilloscope, combined with appropriate triggering conditions, can achieve long-term online monitoring of specific waveforms, enabling local viewing and analysis of historical waveforms on the oscilloscope, and exporting historical data through data export.
