HASKEL

Haskel air superchargers use partially pressurized air as power, while the remaining gas is pressurized and output without the need for other gas sources or power sources.

The Haskel air supercharger consists of three parts: a large area pneumatic piston, a small area gas plunger, and a directional control valve. The pneumatic piston and gas plunger are connected together through a transmission rod and automatically perform reciprocating motion controlled by a directional valve. By using a large area piston and a small area plunger, the pressure of the driving gas acting on the piston is transmitted to the plunger, thereby increasing the outlet pressure of the gas.

Haskel's sealing technology allows the turbocharger to operate without any lubrication measures.

The area ratio of the piston to the plunger is the boost ratio of the HASKEL air supercharger, and this boost ratio and the pressure of the driving air will determine the high outlet pressure of the pump. When the outlet pressure of the pump reaches a high level, it will automatically stop and maintain that pressure without consuming any additional air source or generating any heat. When the pressure at the outlet drops, the turbocharger will automatically start working again, reaching high pressure.

Working Principle:
