Ultra high pressure manual pump-ENERPAC Enpakmanual hydraulic pump

Ultra high pressure manual pump has high safety, light weight, easy to carry, and is made of titanium alloy material.

There are eight pressure specifications available, including 700bar, 1000bar, 1600bar, 2000bar, 2500bar, 2800bar, 3000bar, 4000bar, and multiple fuel tanks to choose from.

1. Dual speed operation can reduce the labor intensity of operators (except for P-392);

2. P-84 and P-464 are equipped with 4-way valves, which can be used to operate double acting hydraulic cylinders;

3. Other models use external unloading valves for operating single acting oil cylinders;

4. Built in safety valve for overload protection;

6. The fuel tank has a large capacity and can be matched with a wide range of cylinders and tools.

1. The P-2282 pump adopts dual speed operation to accelerate the working speed and reduce the cycle time of many testing tasks;

2. The 11-100 and 11-400 pumps are made of 303 stainless steel and are suitable for many different media, such as distilled water, synthetic lubricating oil, silicone oil, soluble oil, and gasoline;

3. Large knob for easy pressure relief control;

4. The oil port is a 3/4-16 cone tube structure with a rated pressure of 2800 bar

1. P-25 and P-50 can operate the handle in two directions;

2. External relief valve;

3. Internal overflow valve is used for overload protection;

4. The P-25 and P-50 handles can pump oil in both forward and backward movements, improving work efficiency and making operation more ideal in situations with limited space;

5. The P-51 pump body can operate in both horizontal and vertical positions, and vertical operation should keep the pump head and oil outlet facing downwards.

MP series ENERPAC Enpak multi-media manual pump

1. Corrosion resistance performance;

2. Standard nitrile rubber seals can be used for various media, such as softened water, oil or water emulsions, ethylene glycol solutions, mineral oils;

3. Dual speed operation, maximum pressure up to 1000bar;

4. Optional EPDM seal for special hydraulic oil or brake fluid;

5. The outer shell of the pump body is coated with aluminum, and all components inside the pump body are made of stainless steel material;

6. External adjustable overflow valve.

5. The large unloading valve pedal is easy to control the slow lowering of the load;

6. Equipped with an overflow valve to prevent overpressure hazards.
