1、 Applicable fluid types

1. liquid medium

• Industrial water, circulating water, tap water, and process water;

• Diesel, kerosene, lubricating oil and other oil products;

• Weak corrosive liquids such as acid-base dilute solutions and dosing liquids;

• Sewage and wastewater (containing a small amount of solid particles/fibers, without a large number of strong bubbles).

2. Not applicable medium

• Gas liquid mixture fluid containing a large number of bubbles and steam;

• Medium with high viscosity, easy crystallization, strong corrosiveness, and no suitable probe material;

• Non acoustic media (such as some special chemical solvents).

2、 Pipeline and installation conditions

1. Pipe material

   Suitable for common pipeline materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, PVC, PPR, etc. Non metallic pipelines need to ensure uniform wall thickness and good sound conductivity.

2. 管道口径

   Conventional adaptation for DN20-DN3000 caliber, small caliber requires a dedicated small caliber probe, while large caliber can be measured through a combination of multiple probes.

3. Installation environment

• The surface of the pipeline should be smooth, without severe rust, coating or insulation layer (which needs to be cleaned in advance);

• Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation, the probe can adapt to conventional industrial environments such as humidity and outdoor conditions.

4. Measurement Mode

   Support external clamp installation, no need for drilling, no damage to pipelines, suitable for temporary measurement, emergency monitoring, and pipeline measurement without fixed installation conditions.

3、 Measurement working conditions

1. Fluid state

   Fluid needs to be measured in full tubes, and stable measurements cannot be made in empty or half tube conditions; Within a certain range of fluid flow velocity, the measurement effect can be guaranteed.

2. Requirements for straight pipe sections

   The requirements for straight pipe sections are relatively low, and when there is slight interference from pipe fittings such as bends and valves on site, normal measurements can still be taken, making it suitable for complex pipeline layouts on site.

3. Temperature and pressure

   The medium temperature is within a certain range (distinguished by probe model), and the working pressure is within the conventional range, without considering the significant impact of pressure on measurement.
