Before each operation of the instrument, the system should be checked and operated as follows:
① Check whether the electrical grounding is good and whether the terminal connection wires are loose or detached;
② Check for corrosion and leakage in all connecting components of the reagent and water sample flow paths;
③ Enter the "System Testing" state to inspect and test various components of the instrument system;
④ After the above inspection, it is confirmed that the system is correct or has been repaired and all faults have been eliminated. Reagents and standard solutions are added correctly, the water sample is connected, and the instrument is put into operation.
After the instrument is put into operation, the following maintenance and operations should be carried out on the system:
① Regularly add reagents;
② Ensure that the water sample flow rate meets the instrument requirements, otherwise the instrument cannot measure correctly;
③ If necessary (when there is doubt about the accuracy of the measured values), calibrate the instrument.
After the instrument stops running, the system should be cleaned:
Due to the strong corrosiveness of the chemical reagents used in the instrument, it is necessary to clean the reagent flow path of the instrument when it is shut down.
Firstly, remove each reagent tank, rinse with clean water, then add clean water, connect the instrument system power, and enter the "system testing" state; First, open the "waste discharge" solenoid valve, and then sequentially open each reagent control solenoid valve (do not open multiple solenoid valves at the same time) until the residual reagent * in the flow path is washed away. Then, exit the instrument from the "system testing" state and disconnect the instrument power supply.
You can also select "Shutdown Maintenance" on the main menu, connect clean water according to the instrument prompts, perform automatic cleaning and maintenance, and then turn off the instrument power.
