Characteristics of VOCs online monitoring and management system

The VOCs online monitoring system adopts internationally recognized GC analysis method, combined with full process high-temperature heat tracing sampling hydrogen flame ion detection and analysis technology, to achieve real-time online monitoring of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in exhaust gas. It can measure multiple parameters such as VOCs, total hydrocarbons (THC), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), and benzene derivatives, and continuously and real-time track and monitor the concentration and emission rate of VOCs, flue gas parameters, etc. It can also transmit all monitoring parameters to the user's DCS system and related environmental protection platforms.

(1) Sampling unit: mainly includes sampling probes and high-temperature tracing pipelines. The sampling probe has a filtering module that can pre filter the dust in the flue gas. Both the sampling probe and the sampling pipeline have high-temperature heating function, which can effectively prevent high boiling point components and moisture in the flue gas from condensing, causing component loss and pipeline blockage.
(2) Preprocessing unit: mainly includes multi-stage precision filtration modules and flow calibration control modules, further removing dust particles from the gas, while adjusting and controlling the gas flow rate and stability to ensure the accuracy of subsequent detection and analysis by the detection unit.
(3) VOCs detection and analysis unit: The analyzer adopts the internationally advanced GC FID analysis method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze volatile organic compounds in gases. This method has high stability, safety and reliability, and accurate and reliable data.
