The typical analysis program of an analyzer is set inside the system, such as rinsing the optical reaction cell with a sample, extracting a portion of the sample, adding one or more reagents, such as buffer or masking agent, and then performing the first measurement as a reference measurement value. Reference measurement values can eliminate interference factors such as sample color and turbidity, as well as various colors generated from reagents and refracted light.

Using standard titrants, step by step precise addition to the magnetic stirring measuring cell, the titration is finally completed, and the sample color instantly changes from pink to blue. Artificial intelligence algorithms are used to determine the end of titration.
