The Aqualysis800 online hardness analyzer for the chemical industry uses the titration colorimetric principle and different types of reagents to monitor water hardness online and control the quality of water softening process. It has a compact structure, simple operation, high accuracy, low reagent consumption, low maintenance cost, and can operate continuously for a long time. Mainly used for monitoring and controlling the hardness of water quality such as boiler water, softener effluent, cooling circulating water, surface water, and injection water for pharmaceutical factories. Paired with MCS series channel distributors, it can easily achieve hardness measurement of 2-8 channels of water
