System Instructions
This automated system is designed to grade lamb meat based on intramuscular fat (% IMF). IMF is a key meat quality characteristic, therefore the system can be used to define and differentiate products. This device is usually located at the end of the slaughterhouse, where the carcass is measured. The design of a single sensor system processes 4-6 bodies per minute.

About Mar
Mar is a measuring sensor. This sensor uses magnetic resonance to measure the fat content of the meat around the 13th rib strap. This sensor provides direct quantitative measurements of IMF. This sensor does not require calibration. It is validated after installation and does not require further calibration.

Regarding Automatic Systems
It will be pushed onto the sensor for measurement. It has been proven to be in use. Conduct online operations in the processing plant and measure hundreds of thousands of carcasses.
