On chip Sort is a chip replacement microfluidic cell sorting device that applies microfluidic technology to cutting-edge research in life sciences, while also providing value to various other industries.


On chip Sort Microfluidic Chip:

Microfluidic chips integrate sample detection, separation, and recovery, achieving miniaturization and simplified operations. From bacteria, droplets (tiny droplets in oil) to relatively large cell clusters, a wide range of samples can be detected.

Through droplet technology, a large number of microorganisms can be cultured and screened in droplets with a skin lift capacity. On chip Sot's microfluidic technology can achieve droplet sorting that traditional sorting instruments cannot achieve.

The principle of On chip Sort is different from current cell sorters, as it can detect a wider range of sample types and is a powerful tool in both scientific research and industrial fields.

Advantages of On chip Sort


1. Use microfluidic technology to achieve droplet sorting.

The entire process from sample analysis to separation is integrated onto a small-sized microfluidic chip.

3. Flowshift method controls the sorting of samples through air pressure, with a sorting pressure as low as 0.3 PSI, achieving non-destructive sorting.

In sorting mode, the speed can reach 1000 events/sec, far exceeding other brands of microfluidic sorting devices.

5. It only takes 5 minutes from startup to sample completion, eliminating long waiting times.

6. Use disposable microfluidic chips without the need for cleaning and maintenance, and with no possibility of cross contamination.

7. Accurate fluid control, optional culture medium or oil as sheath fluid, to achieve a wide range of sample detection.
