The On chip Droplet Generator uses an independent microfluidic chip to easily achieve the large-scale preparation of stable and uniform "droplets".
Droplets are water droplets with a diameter of tens of μ m dispersed in an oil solution. Water droplets in oil are a type of "droplet", and a single tiny droplet can be used as a culture system for microorganisms and cells. Micro droplet technology can easily achieve single-cell detection and simultaneous determination of over a million samples, making it a popular high-throughput screening (HTS) technology that has been widely used in fields such as genetic testing.

1. The preparation process is simple and fast
After the sample is loaded onto the microfluidic chip, the instrument can be pressurized to prepare a large number of stable and uniform droplets.
2. Wide selection of droplet sizes
Provide three specifications of microfluidic chips that can prepare droplets with diameters ranging from 20-220 μ m.

3. Free adjustment of droplet size
By controlling the pressure on the sample or oil, the size of the droplets can be freely adjusted.
