The OKTW series three wheel strong spinning machine is mainly used for thinning or thickening the thickness of cylindrical parts, as well as spinning forming of some small diameter thick plates. It can also be used for surface spinning hardening treatment of some workpieces. The equipment has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision, and can process precision cylindrical parts, high-pressure gas cylinders, servo hydraulic cylinder bodies, engine housings, etc.

The equipment has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision, and can process precision cylindrical parts, high-pressure gas cylinders, servo hydraulic cylinder bodies, engine housings, etc.
    OKTW series three wheels heavy spinning machine are mainly used for the spinning of the reducing or thickening of the tubes; small diameter of the thick materials and could harden some surface by spinning. The machine has the advantages of high rigidity and high accuracy, etc. It could process the precision cylinder parts, high pressure gas cylinder, servo hydraulic cylinder parts, the housing of the motor, etc.
    The 3-wheel layout is 120 degrees, and the overall structure of the wheel seat has a reasonable rotational pressure bearing capacity. The three wheels of the equipment can operate independently, as well as perform forward, reverse, and staggered spinning. The spindle has an angle oriented stop function, which facilitates mold disassembly and assembly, and supports special forming processes. There are two ways to unload: spindle center unloading and slide unloading.
    The three spinning wheels are designed for 120º each, and the turret is integrated structure with rational spinning capacity. The three spinning wheels could run separately, and could process in forward flow forming, reverse flow forming, and in different steps. The spindle could stop in any position which is convenient to load and unload the molds, and supports for the special forming process. The products unload in two ways: in the center of the spinning wheels and by sliding
    The equipment adopts the latest technology and standard components, ensuring low usage and maintenance costs while producing efficiently.
    The machine adopts late technology and standard components, to have lower costs for the using and maintenance to ensure the high efficient production.
