Raw material production:Unlike domestic forging presses, MJC uses a rotary forging machine to complete one-time forging from bar to billet. Due to the use of rotary forging, the equipment has low tonnage and energy consumption, fast speed, and can be formed in one go. The forming capacity of a 350 ton rotary forging machine is equivalent to that of a 7000 ton ordinary forging machine.

Spinning after forging:After forging, the raw material is spun into a wheel hub using a two or three wheel powerful spinning machine. Unlike ordinary cast wheels, spun wheels have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, dense material, and good dynamic balance performance. Therefore, foreign mid to high end cars all use spun wheels.
