Nutech portable methane/non methane total hydrocarbon analyzerBasic Principles: SampleAfter the product is imported into the portable non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer, it should be able to simultaneously and quantitatively inject into the total hydrocarbon detection unit (FID) and methane detection unit (the methane detection unit can oxidize all organic compounds except methane to carbon dioxide and water through a catalyst, and the FID detects methane), while measuring the content of total hydrocarbons and methane. The difference between the two is the content of non methane total hydrocarbons.

1.Highly integrated design,Portable experience

1.1On the premise of meeting functional requirements, small-sized or lightweight components such as solid-state hydrogen storage bottles are selected, supplemented by highly integrated design, with a total weight of less than 12Kg (including catalytic modules, solid-state hydrogen storage bottles, built-in batteries, etc.).

1.2Integrated instrument sample collection and transmission unit (including filtering device), sample separation/preprocessing unit, analysis unit, data acquisition and processing unit, auxiliary equipment (including built-in battery solid-state hydrogen storage bottle, air source, etc.) as specified in HJ1012-2018.

1.3Equipped with a handle and a backpack, you can easily carry or carry it.


2.Easy to use and simple to operate

2.1 The sampling probe has a one click sampling button, which can start sampling analysis without software operation, making it convenient and practical.

2.2Advanced solid-state hydrogen storage bottles are used to store hydrogen at low pressure, which can be repeatedly filled with hydrogen generators or low-pressure hydrogen sources for more than 2600 times.

2.3Standard solid-state hydrogen storage bottle, with a range of over 60 hours after one inflation.

2.4 Embedded 10 inch large screen touch microprocessor unit (removable), card placement angle of 30 degrees, convenient on-site operation. The touch unit is equipped with control and data acquisition and processing software, with a user-friendly human-computer interaction interface. Through WI-FI communication, instruments can be operated within a 50m range on site or the touch unit can be removed to read data in the office.

2.5The AC/DC dual-use power supply design can use both 220V AC power and built-in rechargeable batteries, with a single charge lasting more than 6 hours, meeting the needs of preheating, on-site testing, and transition testing during departure.

2.6 The modular design of the instrument makes it easy to carry out maintenance work such as cleaning and inspection, and also facilitates on-site replacement of consumables.

2.7 The preheating time for the entire system is 2-5 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature).


3.High automation program and powerful software functions

3.1The instrument adopts Chinese and English control and data acquisition and processing software, with free switching between two languages, and can display, save, and output monitoring data and reports; Can display system time and time tag settings, with data averaging function: automatically calculate the average value of the set time period; It can display real-time data, freely convert units, query historical data, perform repeated calibration calculations, and output in the form of reports or reports.


4.Accurate measurement with assurance

4.1The sample collection flow path has multi-stage particle filters that can filter particles with a size of 2 μ m.

4.2The sample flow path is made of silane inert material to prevent gas sample adsorption and reaction.

4.3High temperature state of sample flow path, The maximum temperature is 190 ℃, and the actual temperature can be displayed on the software interface.

4.4The separation pretreatment unit is made of silane material, which does not adsorb or react with the sample, and is equipped with particles with a particle size of 1 μ m.

4.5 High precision EPC independently developed for fuel gas (H)2)The flow control of zero air and sample gas not only improves the stability of flow control, but also greatly enhances the flexibility of sampling analysis.

4.6 Diversity of gas supply: It can be connected to external zero air and hydrogen gas, and can switch between using an external gas generator or steel cylinder gas in the software.

4.7 The software monitors the dual FID flame status in real-time and automatically ignites when the flame is extinguished. If the FID fails to ignite three times, the hydrogen will automatically shut off to ensure safety.

4.8 The catalytic efficiency is not less than 95%, meeting the standard requirements.

4.9 NMHCData resolution: the highestRecord NMHC data every second and continuously measure non methane hydrocarbons without interruption.
