Used for continuous automatic monitoring of ambient air and non methane total hydrocarbons at the factory boundary, and can also be used for offline analysis of constant flow sampling tank samples.

Performance characteristics of Nutech NCMS6300 methane/non methane total hydrocarbon online monitoring system


1. The ambient air enters the sampling system at a constant flow rate, undergoes dust removal, and then passes through a large capacity composite enrichment column for low-temperature enrichment and impurity removal. The MFC accumulates the sampling volume, switches valves, and blows back to allow non methane total hydrocarbons to peak separately. The concentration is directly measured (direct method) with a detection limit of ≤ 1ppbC, which is better than the current standard of 20ppbc.

2. Calibration curve: The high point of the non methane total hydrocarbon calibration curve is 1000 ppbc, and the low point of the calibration curve is not higher than 24 ppbc. The correlation coefficient R2 of the calibration curve for non methane total hydrocarbons is ≥ 0.999. The ratio of residual at each concentration point on the calibration curve to the theoretical concentration should be within ± 10%.

3. Sample analysis time: ≤ 15 minutes.

4. 24-hour range drift: CH424-hour 20% range drift: < ± 3%; CH424-hour 80% range drift:<±3%. NMHC 24-hour 20% range drift: < ± 1%; NMHC 24-hour 80% range drift: < ± 1%.

5. CH4 Repeatability:<± 3%, NMHC repeatability:<± 2%.

6. CH4Accuracy:<± 6%, NMHC accuracy:<± 3%

7. Error in multi-component testing: Ethylene ≥ 60%, toluene 90%~105%, ethyl acetate ≥ 60%, trichloroethylene 95%~110%, n-undecane ≥ 60%.

8. Adopting high-precision FID detector with automatic ignition, fire extinguishing, and automatic cut-off of hydrogen gas function.

9. The working gas adopts high-precision EPC control: nitrogen (carrier gas and supplementary gas), air (auxiliary gas), hydrogen (gas).

10. Non methane total hydrocarbons in gas samples from sampling tanks can be analyzed offline.
