Nutech gas diluterPerformance characteristics:
1. Independent standard uses gas tank interface and sample tank interface, which are respectively used for dilution of standard gas and sample, fundamentally eliminating cross contamination.
2. The first level dilution ratio is greater than 200 times, and the second level dilution ratio is over 10000 times, meeting the analysis requirements for trace samples.
3. All pipelines, flow paths, and valve areas undergo inerting treatment to ensure stability during the sample dilution process.
4. Use high-precision mass flow controllers and high-precision pressure sensors as dilution control units to avoid data bias caused by only differential pressure control flow impulse.
5. The connection with the computer adopts TCP/IP communication mode, which makes the connection more flexible and the communication more stable. There will be no communication interruption ("disconnection") caused by unstable USB to serial communication.
6. Configure 6 flow channels, which can be expanded as needed. Specialized internal standard channels, calibration channels, and sample dilution channels can be defined.
7. It has sample dilution function and can handle high concentration samples.
8. Automatically read the initial pressure of the sampling tank and set the final pressure of the sampling tank to automatically calculate the dilution ratio and complete the dilution.
9. Automatically generate standard usage gas from high concentration standard gas and calculate dilution factor.
10. The instrument has an automatic leak detection function, effectively preventing dilution failure caused by gas leakage, avoiding waste of standard gas, and sample scrapping caused by pressurized samples.
11. The gas flow path has a heating function, and the software interface displays the heating temperature to ensure the stability of gas dilution.
