Non contact optical thickness gauge is a measurement device based on spectral confocal imaging technology, designed specifically for micrometer level precision detection requirements. This device emits polychromatic light through a broad-spectrum LED light source, which is focused by a dispersive lens to form a continuous wavelength focal point, accurately capturing the confocal wavelength signal reflected from the surface of the object. Combined with high-speed spectral analysis algorithms, it achieves a sampling frequency of up to 10kHz at a single point and ultra-high resolution of 0.1 μ m. The equipment adopts a natural granite platform and a hidden inverted probe, providing stable measurement benchmarks and reducing layout obstacles. It supports single-layer or multi-layer thicknesses of transparent/non transparent materials (such as coatings and substrates)
