Non contact optical thickness gaugeIt is a measurement device based on spectral confocal imaging technology, designed specifically for micrometer level precision detection needs. This device uses a wide spectrumThe LED light source emits polychromatic light, which is focused by a dispersive lens to form a continuous wavelength focal point, accurately capturing the confocal wavelength signal reflected from the surface of the object. Combined with high-speed spectral analysis algorithms, it achieves a sampling frequency of up to 10kHz and ultra-high resolution of 0.1 μ m at a single point. The equipment adopts a natural granite platform and a hidden inverted probe, providing stable measurement benchmarks and reducing layout obstacles. It supports synchronous non-destructive testing of transparent/non transparent materials with single-layer or multi-layer thickness (such as coating+substrate), and is applied in the field of optical glass manufacturing
