The 25mm frameless optical connecting rod provided by Z0LIX adopts a solid structure integrated design of 303 stainless steel, which has the best strength and rigidity. The surface has been finely sanded and passivated, and has the best extinction effect. Its optical connecting rod is commonly used as the basic support component of the optical mechanical component system, and is a widely used basic product in optomechanics. The 25mm frameless optical extension rod we provide includes two series of types: top M4 and M6 threaded holes. The length range of the top M4 threaded hole series extension rod is 12.5mm~300mm, and the length range of the top M6 threaded hole series extension rod is 10mm~500mm. Two series of optical connectors with a length less than 20mm have through holes for installation. The bottom is equipped with M6 threaded holes, and the installation threaded holes at the top and bottom can be used to connect optical components and platforms. At the same time, considering that some optical adjustment frames need to maintain a fixed position of the optical axis center relative to the connecting rod, we have designed two 2mm positioning pin holes at the top, which can be used for precise positioning and installation of optical components. The installation of the optical connecting rod with the bread board or optical platform can be connected using the bottom M6 screw hole, and the connecting rod can be locked or disassembled using a radial diameter of 6mm through hole with tools such as an Allen wrench.
