Zolix 30mm cage systemColumn lens mounting seatColumn lenses and other rectangular optical components can be horizontally or vertically positioned within a 30 mm cage system. The height range for installing optical components on the upper and lower sliding arms within the cage system is between 4 mm and 17 mm. Depending on usage needs, users can replace the accompanying 50 mm extension rod with a longer extension rod (CSSP series extension rod, sold separately) to install higher optical components (if the sliding arm overlaps with the coaxial through-hole, the mounting seat cannot be used in the cage system). There is an SM1 internal threaded hole at the center of the cage plate, which is compatible with 1-inch optical components and SM1 threaded mounting parts. The bottom of the cage plate is equipped with M4 threaded holes for installing connecting rods (note that if the lower boom moves too much downwards, the connecting rod installed may collide with the lower arm). This mounting bracket is paired with our CSP1R-SM1 rotating cage plate, allowing the cylindrical lens to rotate within a 30 mm cage system.

ZOLIX column lens mounting bracket is suitable for installing rectangular and semi cylindrical optical components, and is compatible with 60mm cage systems. The main structure includes a 60mm cage plate, upper and lower sliding arms, and two Ø 6mm cage rods, both of which are fixed to the cage rods by two sets of M3 fastening screws. Apply engineering rubber pads on both sides of the pressure arm to enhance the stability of optical component fixation by increasing the contact area. The cage plate and sliding arm support independent movement and locking: when the locking mechanism of the sliding arm is released, the optical element can be translated along the axial direction of the cage rod; The edge of the cage board is equipped with dual level positioning markings (with a main scale spacing of 5mm and a secondary scale spacing of 1mm). Users can adapt large optical components by replacing the Ø 6mm cage rod with a longer specification, but it should be noted that when the component size exceeds the light transmission range of the cage hole, it is only suitable for free space installation.
